Do I need to pay to join a group?
No! Membership is always free. You can be invited to unlimited groups without paying anything. You only pay when you want to create your own group.
What's a public group page?
A public group page is one shareable link that shows all your group's active signups. Anyone can view it and sign up — no account required. Perfect for posting on your PTA website, sharing in newsletters, or emailing to parents. It's the feature that justifies the upgrade for most organizers.
What's the difference between organizers and participants?
Organizers are group members who can create and edit events. The 10-organizer limit on Pro applies to your fellow committee members. Participants are the people who sign up for your events — and there's no limit on those. A PTA with 5 organizers can have 500 parents signing up.
What is a Group?
A Group is shared ownership for teams. Instead of events belonging to one person, they belong to the Group. If a member leaves, the events stay with the group. Perfect for PTAs, clubs, and organizations where people rotate in and out.
What's the difference between a co-pilot and an organizer?
A co-pilot helps with one specific event (Free plan). An organizer is part of your Group and can manage all its events (Pro/Unlimited). Use co-pilots for one-off help, organizers for ongoing committee work.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes! The Free plan includes unlimited personal events and all core features. You can also join any group you're invited to for free. Upgrade only when you want to create and own your own group.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and keep access until your year ends. Your groups stay intact — you just can't create new ones until you renew.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
We keep pricing low so it's accessible to everyone. At $49/year, we're already priced below most organizations' approval thresholds. If you have a special situation, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
