What's the difference between a co-pilot and a team member?

A co-pilot is someone you invite to help manage a specific event. They can edit items and view signups for that event only. A team member is part of your Workspace and can see and edit all events created by the team.

What is a Workspace?

A Workspace is shared ownership for teams. Instead of events belonging to one person, they belong to the Workspace. If a team member leaves, the events stay with the team. Perfect for PTAs, clubs, and organizations.

What's the difference between manual and automatic reminders?

Manual nudges (Free) let you send a one-time reminder to signups whenever you want. Automatic reminders (Pro) send a "don't forget!" email 24 hours before your event — completely hands-off.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes! The Free plan includes unlimited events and all core features. Use it as long as you like, then upgrade when your team grows.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For annual plans, we can also provide invoices for organizations that need them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings and keep access until your year ends. You can also upgrade to a higher tier anytime.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?

We keep our pricing low so it's accessible to everyone. At $49/year, we're already priced below most organizations' approval thresholds. If you have a special situation, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
